Recruitment and Partnership Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment and Partnership Executive to lead the attraction and onboarding of new foster carers. In this purpose‑driven role you will design and deliver campaigns, build community relationships and ensure children and young people are placed in safe, supportive homes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead foster‑carer attraction campaigns at local, regional and national levels.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to recruit high‑quality carers.
• Build and maintain relationships with community groups, organisations and local authorities.
• Deliver engaging presentations at events and outreach sessions.
• Manage enquiries, guide prospective carers through the recruitment journey and coordinate initial visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of need and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Represent the organisation at events to raise brand awareness and trust.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, energetic and target‑driven.
• Confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
• Passionate about working with families and communities.
• Organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Full UK driving licence.
