Recruitment Business Development Consultant

About the role

Premier Work Support is seeking a driven Recruitment Business Development Consultant for its Horsham office. The role focuses on generating new recruitment business, building client relationships and expanding the company’s presence in the local market. You will work closely with the recruitment team while concentrating on sales and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals and client visits.
• Identify prospective clients and secure recruitment partnerships.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Attend client meetings, present recruitment solutions and negotiate terms.
• Manage your sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to support client accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales with a track record of winning new business.
• Confident in making outbound calls, networking and attending client meetings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised, target‑driven and able to manage your own pipeline.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
