Recruitment Consultant – Business Support (360 Role)

About the role

Reed is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its new Staines office. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for office‑support positions across the Thames Valley, Surrey and the M25 corridor, combining business development with candidate placement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new client opportunities and pitch Reed’s recruitment services.
• Source, interview and place high‑quality candidates using job boards, referrals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators.
