Recruitment Consultant - Business Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team in Camberley. You will build a new client portfolio from the ground up, combining business development with full‑cycle recruitment across Camberley, Guildford and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business prospects, attend local exhibitions and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process – from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting offers and closing deals.
• Match qualified candidates to open vacancies quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to share market insights and drive collective success.
• Transition successful accounts into a 360‑degree role, taking full ownership of both client and candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably within a recruitment or staffing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Willingness to travel locally and attend networking events.
