Recruitment Consultant – Camberley

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Camberley office. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, build strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality candidates across a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source, screen and interview candidates using diverse methods.
• Write and post compelling job advertisements.
• Provide consultative advice on hiring strategies, market trends and salary benchmarking.
• Negotiate offers and oversee the onboarding process.
• Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and recruitment systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and talent market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
