About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a leading finance recruitment firm as Recruitment Consultants. The role offers a clear pathway from training to high‑earning placements, with hybrid working after the initial programme.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for senior finance positions.
• Manage job postings and applicant pipelines.
• Write compelling job adverts and headhunt niche talent.
• Market roles creatively and negotiate offers.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process and close deals.
• Earn commission on successful placements.

Required profile

• Degree or proven sales experience.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven and determined.
• Willing to exceed targets and deliver results.
• Resilient, coachable and career‑focused.
• High‑level sporting achievements are a plus.
