Recruitment Consultant – HR Desk (Glasgow)

About the role

Reed is seeking an ambitious, relationship‑driven Recruitment Consultant to manage a well‑established HR recruitment desk covering the West of Scotland. You will own a hybrid desk focused on permanent and fixed‑term placements, building on an existing pipeline and strong brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle (360) recruitment: business development, client acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with HR clients and candidates across the region.
• Source top HR talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and headhunting techniques.
• Provide consultative advice on hiring trends and support candidates throughout their career journeys.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, sales or HR with a commercial mindset.
• Strong passion for networking and relationship building.
