Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid Role in Knutsford

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Berlin Tech desk in Knutsford. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home, offering a balanced work‑life experience while managing an established portfolio of clients and vacancies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a desk of 8‑10 clients, currently handling 8 live vacancies.
• Source, interview and place candidates across technical disciplines.
• Develop new business opportunities through 360‑recruitment activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with exclusive client agreements.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from brief to offer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a professional market.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of business development.
• Stable, mature work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
