Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Fruition Group is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to expand its Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, Aerospace and Defence portfolio in the United States. Reporting to the Managing Consultant, you will work alongside senior consultants and contribute to the growth of a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified contract candidates for advanced engineering roles across the US.
• Utilise LinkedIn, internal databases and other networking platforms for headhunting.
• Create and post compelling job adverts.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for specific positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Present offers, manage rejections and gather reference documentation.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Attend client meetings to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the US market.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to achieve high earnings.
• Commitment, ambition and an outstanding work ethic.
• Ability to quickly understand sector trends and think creatively about sourcing strategies.
