About the role

Join Reed Liverpool as a Recruitment Consultant and build your own specialist desk within the Accountancy or Marketing sectors. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending the initial training period in the office and then balancing office and home days.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a specialist recruitment desk.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across Liverpool.
• Generate new business through calls, meetings and networking.
• Source, interview and match high‑quality candidates to client opportunities.
• Provide market insight and recruitment expertise to both clients and candidates.
