Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join an award‑winning international recruitment consultancy in London. Working on a hybrid basis, you will leverage warm desks, existing client agreements and a strong brand to generate revenue in the Financial Services and Legal sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement.
• Conduct candidate and client mapping to identify talent for high‑value permanent roles.
• Achieve and exceed billing targets, aiming for £200,000+ annual revenue.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• 1–10 years of recruitment experience with a proven billing record.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build long‑term client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness, ambition and excellent communication skills.
• Desire to build a long‑term career within a growing international business.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £70,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission of up to 45%.
