About the role

Linq Recruitment Specialists is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Healthcare & Education division. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, building relationships with both clients and candidates to deliver high‑quality placements.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact and nurture client relationships, understanding their talent needs.
• Source, screen, and present candidates for healthcare and education roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Achieve personal and team targets, contributing to commission‑driven earnings.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to match candidate and client availability.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to go beyond a standard 9‑5 schedule.
