Recruitment Consultant – Legal Division (Preston)

About the role

We are expanding our Legal division and are looking for two ambitious Recruitment Consultants (or Senior Consultants) to join our Preston office. One will focus on the London legal market and the other on the North West and Manchester legal market, inheriting warm desks with signed terms and established relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow specialist legal market relationships with law firms and legal professionals.
• Manage existing client relationships and deliver retained, contingent and exclusive assignments.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market growth.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from instruction to placement.
• Become a recognised specialist and trusted adviser within the legal sector.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in professional services, or strong sales/business development background.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a consultative approach.
• Resilience, determination and a proactive attitude toward business development.
