About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester office of Page Group. In this role you will help clients find the right talent and support candidates in advancing their careers, contributing to our global market‑leading recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.
• Source, assess and engage high‑quality candidates using targeted sourcing, networking and market research.
• Build deep expertise in a specific market sector and become a trusted specialist.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team, sharing knowledge and driving collective results.
• Maintain accurate activity and data records in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B recruitment, or strong sales experience (minimum 12 months) with transferable skills.
• Curiosity about markets, people and hiring decisions.
• Tenacity and self‑motivation in a performance‑driven environment.
• Accountability for personal results, activity and development.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience using the platform for activity tracking).
