Recruitment Consultant – Media & Events (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a specialist recruitment consultancy focused on the B2B events industry. Based in Framlingham, you will work in a hybrid model, supporting both clients and candidates across media and events roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate relationships from initial contact through to placement.
• Support the development and delivery of client briefs for specialist positions.
• Headhunt and approach passive candidates within the media and events sector.
• Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and growth plans.
• Build a deep understanding of the B2B events industry and its hiring standards.
• Contribute to business development activities as your confidence and knowledge grow.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or a similar relationship‑driven commercial role.
• Strong phone confidence and ability to build genuine relationships from scratch.
• Commercial drive with a desire to grow earnings through personal effort.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Reliable, resilient, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and car are advantageous due to limited public transport access.
