About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Professional Services team in London. The role offers a hybrid working model, a competitive salary up to £60,000 plus a generous commission structure and a range of perks.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, acting as an account manager.
• Source both active and passive candidates for finance and accounting positions.
• Manage the full recruitment process from brief to placement, end‑to‑end.
• Recruit for a variety of roles, from qualified level up to senior executive positions.
• Work with a mix of global household names and local clients across the finance and tax sector.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented with strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates.
• Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficient in taking client briefings and matching the best candidates to each role.
