Recruitment Consultant – Public Sector (Wanstead, London)

About the role

One World Recruitment Ltd is expanding its Public Sector desk in Wanstead, East London. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle for public sector clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end 360° recruitment process for temporary and permanent public sector roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and neutral vendors.
• Advertise vacancies, source and screen high‑quality candidates.
• Ensure compliance, onboarding, and liaison with platforms such as Matrix, Prism, CNet and Fieldglass.
• Develop a personal candidate pipeline and achieve individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public sector recruitment.
• Track record of filling temporary and/or permanent vacancies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and independent working skills.
• Target‑driven and proactive attitude.
