About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech sales recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant. You will work from our Didsbury office, networking with CEOs and directors of global tech companies to place senior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers in the tech sector.
• Headhunt and place senior sales and technology professionals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with a tight‑knit team and share best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in tech or sales recruitment.
• Career‑driven and motivated by target‑based compensation.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, high‑growth environment.
