Recruitment Consultant – Technology Sector

About the role

MRP Global is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its technology team in Moorgate, London. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, supporting global clients across a range of technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of technology clients across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
• Source, engage and manage candidates throughout the 180‑day recruitment cycle.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver high‑quality placements that meet client and candidate expectations.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services and AI‑powered tools to enhance sourcing efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of recruitment experience, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven experience in a 180‑recruitment role with a focus on candidate management.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and able to thrive under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
