Recruitment Coordinator – Hybrid, £28k + Benefits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced in‑house recruiter to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for a well‑established charity in Bath. This permanent, hybrid role offers the chance to shape recruitment processes, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and contribute to a values‑driven organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse range of vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract and secure high‑quality talent.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies.
• Support onboarding activities alongside the HR team.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices and ensure a positive candidate journey.
• Maintain the ATS, produce recruitment reports and analyse KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external agencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, employer branding and ways of working.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an in‑house recruitment role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities.
• Understanding of inclusive recruitment practices.
• Proactive, collaborative and customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
