Recruitment Manager – Hybrid, Exeter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Exeter office on a hybrid basis. You will lead the commercial side of our agency, driving revenue and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and retain existing accounts across sectors such as Accountancy, HR, IT, Legal, or Executive recruitment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Collaborate with dedicated Resourcers to ensure efficient administrative support.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold the firm’s reputation for quality.

Required profile

• Several years of proven agency recruitment experience in a commercial role.
• Strong track record of revenue generation and client retention.
• Self‑starter with integrity, drive and a passion for relationship building.

• Competitive basic salary £35,000‑£42,000 (DOE) plus commission (15‑25%).
