About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Sales Trainer & Performance Coach to join our London team. Working on the sales floor alongside consultants, you will drive revenue growth, sharpen recruitment delivery and ensure every consultant performs at their best. The role includes periodic travel to international offices to embed best practice and maintain consistent performance standards worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior sales leadership to drive revenue growth.
- Provide on‑desk performance coaching to consultants and managers on live deals.
- Lead the ramp‑up and development of new starters at all levels.
- Drive pipeline conversion by developing and converting leads into revenue.
- Coach consultants on lead generation, business development, candidate and client management, and deal closing.
- Continuously develop recruitment style and strategy in line with performance and quality standards.
- Manage and improve recruitment processes, identifying and acting on improvement opportunities.
- Identify performance gaps, trends and development needs with management.
- Embed best practice across contract, permanent, project‑based, SOW and MSP recruitment delivery.
- Support international offices through periodic travel to ensure consistent standards.
Required profile
- Proven 360 recruitment experience, preferably in a technical or specialist market.
- Strong knowledge of contract, permanent, project‑based, statement of works (SOW) and MSP recruitment.
- Track record of high personal billings and/or successful coaching of consultants.
- Ability to work on live deals and provide hands‑on commercial support.
