About the role
Responsive Personnel is hiring Refuse Collectors/Loaders to join their team in Calne. The role involves collecting and loading household waste from customers' homes, working outdoors in all weather conditions. It is a full‑time temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect household waste from designated residential areas.
- Load waste into collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety procedures, wearing supplied protective clothing.
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work early start times (06:00) Monday‑Friday.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
