Refuse Loader – Full‑time Temporary

About the role

Responsive Personnel is hiring Refuse Collectors/Loaders to join their team in Calne. The role involves collecting and loading household waste from customers' homes, working outdoors in all weather conditions. It is a full‑time temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect household waste from designated residential areas.
• Load waste into collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety procedures, wearing supplied protective clothing.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work early start times (06:00) Monday‑Friday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
