About the role

Our client, a leading HR services provider, is looking for a Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis. You will partner with senior leaders across the South East England region to understand critical hiring needs and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior leaders to understand their critical hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring process rigour and efficiency.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies in collaboration with business leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Progressive recruiting experience across various industries and functions.
• Proven ability to source candidates independently and creatively.
• Resourceful, solution‑oriented with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
• Positive attitude, dedication to problem‑solving and high level of integrity.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibilities and accept feedback.
