Regional Manager – Luxury Care Homes (South Region)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of luxury care homes across the South Region of England. The role combines operational leadership, hands‑on support and strategic development, ensuring high standards of care, hospitality and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership in homes during absences, vacancies or transitions.
• Work closely with Home Managers to improve service performance and quality.
• Support the opening of new luxury care homes and commissioning activities.
• Build high‑performing teams and embed best practices from day one.
• Drive resident experience enhancements while meeting commercial objectives.
• Maintain regulatory compliance across the region.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification (desirable).
• Proven track record as a Home Manager in elderly care.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional quality and compliance outcomes.
• Passion for resident experience and team development.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with outstanding leadership.
• Thrives in a high‑quality, luxury care environment.
