About the role
DAMM is seeking a Regional Manager to lead brand distribution, volume growth and visibility across Yorkshire. You will combine existing account management with new‑business development to expand the reach of our beer portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver new‑business growth KPIs for the Damm brand portfolio in line with company strategy.
- Identify prospect accounts using territory knowledge and collaborate with regional and national wholesale distributors.
- Manage a call file to protect and grow existing stockist relationships, driving organic growth.
- Analyse sales data to spot opportunities and threats within the account base.
- Oversee POS budget and activation initiatives to boost brand visibility and rate of sale.
- Prepare investment proposals and negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
- Log daily activity and insights in the CRM system for internal reporting and strategic planning.
- Develop a contact strategy with wholesale distributor sales teams and work closely with trade‑marketing and category managers.
Required profile
- Territory expert with strong customer and distributor relationships.
- Proven ability to use sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience managing POS budgets and activation programmes.
- Commercial acumen to prepare proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Effective stakeholder management across internal and external teams.
