About the role
The Regional People Experience Lead will shape how employees and leaders across EMEA experience HR support. You will translate people strategy into regional outcomes, oversee service delivery, and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage advisory and operational teams delivering people services across the region.
- Translate corporate people strategy into measurable regional results.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring seamless, high‑quality employee interactions.
- Leverage data, metrics and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and champion employee voice.
Required profile
- Significant experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary HR or people‑experience teams.
- Proven ability to design and deliver customer‑centred services at scale.
- Authentic leadership style that builds trust and inspires high performance.
- Comfort navigating complexity, change and ambiguity.
- Strong commercial mindset with sound judgement on risk and cost.
