Regional Sales Manager – East Anglia (On‑Trade)

About the role

This field‑based position will see you become the face of an iconic craft brewery across the East Anglia on‑trade market. You will own a territory, build genuine relationships with independent and leased/tenanted accounts, and drive distribution, visibility and sales of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new on‑trade business while expanding the brand’s footprint.
• Develop existing stockists to maximise listings, visibility and rate of sale.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, negotiate terms and close deals to meet commercial targets.
• Represent the brand at key operator events and maintain regular territory visits.
• Provide market feedback to inform brand strategy and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG field sales or senior hospitality roles.
• Strong understanding of the beer and wider drinks category.
• Commercially minded with solid negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Resilient, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience in on‑trade sales and territory management.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
