Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise Sales (UK On‑Site)

About the role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales across the United Kingdom and broader Europe. The role focuses on driving large‑scale, multi‑service deals and expanding our customer base with new logos.
Key responsibilities
- Create, structure and sell large deals exceeding $5M, including multi‑service offerings.
- Generate $1M+ per year in revenue from new customer logos.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, market analysis, lead qualification, requirements gathering, proposal presentation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior customer leaders (VP level and above) across Europe.
- Travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) to meet customers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and other cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions.
Required profile
- Proven ability to close large, complex deals and a track record of generating significant new‑logo revenue.
- Experience selling enterprise solutions in Europe and engaging senior executives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business.
Required skills
- Understanding of modern networking and application concepts, enterprise digital transformation, data engineering and migration.
- Experience with enterprise application implementation, lifecycle support and positioning related solutions.
- Knowledge of partner and support ecosystems for enterprise applications and SaaS solutions.
