Regional Sales Manager – Ophthalmic Lenses (North West England)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our ophthalmic lens business across the North West of England. In this commercial role you will develop new independent optical accounts and grow existing relationships, promoting premium lens technologies to practice owners and dispensing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the territory, driving sales growth and market share.
• Identify and win new independent optical accounts through proactive business development.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to maximise performance.
• Deliver commercial presentations and product demonstrations.
• Promote premium ophthalmic lens solutions and value‑added services.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and increase product penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador throughout the region.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience within the optical industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and growing accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
