Regional Sales Manager – Sustainable Packaging (Field Sales)

About the role
We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales for a sustainability‑focused packaging manufacturer serving the foodservice sector. Based in the South West, you will own a defined territory, build long‑term customer relationships and deliver commercial impact while promoting environmentally responsible products.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Grow revenue through upselling and expanding product ranges.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the South West.
- Collaborate closely with distributor sales teams.
- Achieve agreed regional sales targets.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in field sales or account management.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and generate new business.
- Comfortable working independently and spending most time in the field.
- Commercially minded, target‑driven and well‑organised.
- Interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly products.
