About the role

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales for a sustainability‑focused packaging manufacturer serving the foodservice sector. Based in the South West, you will own a defined territory, build long‑term customer relationships and deliver commercial impact while promoting environmentally responsible products.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Grow revenue through upselling and expanding product ranges.
Identify and win new business opportunities across the South West.
Collaborate closely with distributor sales teams.
Achieve agreed regional sales targets.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience in field sales or account management.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and generate new business.
Comfortable working independently and spending most time in the field.
Commercially minded, target‑driven and well‑organised.
Interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly products.
