About the role

We are seeking a Registered Building Inspector Class 2 to join our team covering the Midlands and East Anglia areas. In this field‑based role you will ensure compliance with current building regulations across a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, assessments and approvals in line with current building regulations for residential and commercial projects.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and design teams, providing professional guidance throughout the construction process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2) within the UK construction sector.
• Strong ability to collaborate with clients, contractors and design teams to ensure compliance and quality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Inspection and assessment techniques.
