About the role

We are partnering with a family‑run care home provider to appoint a Registered Care Home Manager for a newly acquired facility in East Yorkshire. The role offers full autonomy to lead day‑to‑day operations while benefiting from hands‑on support from the owners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling and performance.
• Control budgets, monitor financial performance and drive commercial sustainability.
• Develop and implement innovative service improvements to enhance resident experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.

Required profile

• Registered manager qualification and relevant CQC registration.
• Proven leadership experience in a residential care setting.
• Commercially aware with a track record of managing budgets.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with owners.
