Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

About the role

Banquo, part of the Prospero Group, is looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead its domiciliary care service in London. You will own the service’s performance, drive quality improvements and shape strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational management and regulatory compliance (CQC standards).
• Lead, develop and retain high‑performing care teams.
• Ensure quality assurance, auditing and continuous improvement.
• Manage recruitment, workforce planning and staff performance.
• Develop care plans, conduct risk assessments and monitor outcomes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including families and commissioners.
• Control budget, monitor KPIs and report to senior leadership.
• Participate in on‑call rota and support business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years’ experience in domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards.
• Proven experience managing teams and service performance.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
