Registered Manager – Lead Expanding Homecare Service in Essex

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow our homecare service in Essex. This role offers the chance to shape a high-quality, person-centred service, develop a dedicated team and make a real difference to clients living independently at home.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic development of the domiciliary care service.
• Conduct client consultations, assessments, care planning and onboarding.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
• Manage client feedback and complaints, driving continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing care team.
• Maintain full CQC compliance and uphold regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in domiciliary or homecare services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, legislation and compliance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
• Confident, inspiring leader with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, resilient and well-organised.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
