Registered Nurse – Luxury Care Home

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a boutique luxury care home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. The home provides modern residential and nursing care, featuring a therapy and exercise room and a unique octagonal glass café.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and set care priorities.
• Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Report any health concerns and arrange GP or specialist visits as required.

Required profile

• Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
• Experience working in a care setting is preferred.
• Strong team player with good time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in administering medication according to NMC standards.
• Ability to complete and maintain detailed care documentation.
