Registered Nurse (RGN) – Care Home

About the role

As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You'll create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs while using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for each resident.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Maintain high standards of care and support across all activities.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Strong knowledge of up‑to‑date clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
• Experience producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
