Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) – Hospital & Complex Care

About the role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse at Barchester's independent mental health hospital, you will deliver high‑quality care to patients with complex needs, working within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients with complex and challenging behaviours.
• Develop and supervise care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to improve patients' quality of life.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold NMC registration standards.

Required profile

• Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Strong knowledge of clinical practice and CQC requirements.
• Experience in producing care plans and undertaking risk assessments.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a clinical team.
