Regulatory Litigation Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory/Litigation Lawyer to join our team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will work closely with regulatory bodies and support our clients through complex regulatory and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on regulatory frameworks and compliance issues.
• Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
• Manage and coordinate litigation proceedings, including drafting pleadings and attending hearings.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop regulatory strategies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.

Required profile

• Qualified to practice law in England and Wales.
• Proven experience working with or within a regulatory body.
• Strong understanding of the litigation process.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Warwick one day per week.
