Release Manager – TradingHub (FinTech)

About the role

TradingHub is looking for a senior Release Manager to own the end‑to‑end release process for its regulatory‑focused platform. The role sits within the Product function and ensures that changes move smoothly from development to production while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and continuously improve the release process across multiple teams and regions.
• Coordinate fortnightly releases, ensuring testing, QA and sign‑off are completed before deployment.
• Enforce change‑control standards, release governance and deployment procedures.
• Lead incident response, conduct post‑mortems and drive corrective actions.
• Track release metrics, enhance tooling, automation and reporting.
• Communicate release status, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Release Manager in software, fintech or technology‑driven environments.
• Track record of managing complex, business‑critical release cycles.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience leading incident response and driving continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
