About the role

We are seeking a qualified attorney to join a leading technology company on a contract basis. The role focuses on providing high‑quality legal input to train and improve AI models that handle legal document review, research, and case strategy development. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust legal rubrics for AI‑driven document review and analysis.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and draft complex memoranda to guide AI model training.
• Analyze large volumes of litigation documents to identify issues, trends, and data points for AI improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate legal insights into actionable AI requirements.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI outputs, providing feedback to enhance discovery management and motion practice capabilities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in complex legal research and writing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute discovery management and case strategy plans.
• Strong document analysis and issue‑spotting capabilities.
