About the role

G2 Legal Limited is a fast‑growing specialist residential conveyancing firm seeking an experienced Remote Conveyancer to provide flexible cover for the team during periods of leave and absence. You will step in to manage freehold residential sales and purchases, ensuring continuity of service and upholding the firm’s high standards of client care.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of residential conveyancing files across various stages when team members are unavailable.
• Progress freehold sales and purchase transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Review files at different points, ensuring smooth hand‑overs and compliance.
• Communicate professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong background in freehold sales and purchases.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational attention to detail and client‑focused communication.
• Comfortable adapting quickly to different matters and timeframes in a remote setting.
