Remote Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property Law

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its residential conveyancing team and is looking for an experienced solicitor to work fully remotely across the UK. You will manage your own caseload while benefiting from dedicated central support and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and equity release matters.
• Progress files from instruction to completion, aiming for around 20 completions per month.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
• Work closely with central teams for enquiries, onboarding, completion support and post‑completion work.
• Ensure compliance with AML procedures, risk‑management standards and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach.
• Commitment to a long‑term career within a supportive firm.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a case management system.

What we offer

• Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per year, dependent on experience.
