Remote Protection Advisor – Income Protection Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join a fully remote sales team that provides income protection, life and protection solutions to clients across the UK. You will work from home, following a structured schedule, and focus on converting high‑quality, in‑house generated leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative phone‑based advice on income protection, life and protection products.
• Manage and nurture leads generated via the company’s web and marketing initiatives.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing to understand lead sources and optimise conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of phone‑based sales experience in life or protection insurance.
• Proven ability to work with web‑generated leads and a consultative sales approach.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.

What we offer

• Starting salary £30,000 with uncapped bonus potential (OTE £50‑60k).
• Fully remote work with no weekend requirements.
• Flexible working hours: Mon‑Thu 9:30‑18:30, Fri 9:00‑15:30.
