Remote Residential Conveyancer

About the role

Join a national conveyancing practice that operates fully remotely, handling residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will work autonomously while being part of a supportive remote team that values high performance and rewarding outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new‑build, unregistered and shared‑ownership matters.
• Ensure all transactions progress efficiently, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior staff to resolve complex issues and maintain service quality.
• Potentially mentor or support junior team members as experience develops.

Required profile

• Proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good financial awareness when handling transactional matters.

Required skills

• VisualFiles (or similar conveyancing software).
• Familiarity with practice‑manager systems.

• Competitive base salary between £35,000 and £45,000 per year.
