Remote Residential Conveyancer – Up to £15k Bonus

About the role

Join a high‑performing national conveyancing practice that offers fully remote work and a generous bonus scheme. You will independently manage a residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a diverse mix of residential transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership matters.
• Maintain communication with clients, lenders and other parties to ensure smooth progress and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing cases independently.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Desirable: experience mentoring junior team members and familiarity with VisualFiles and other practice‑manager systems.
