Remote SAP AR Specialist – Bilingual Spanish/English

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish‑English SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join a global finance transformation programme. The role is fully remote and will focus on improving AR processes, resolving complex issues and supporting the migration to advanced SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and receivable activities within SAP FICO.
• Analyse payment and billing discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Support collections efforts and reduce aged debt exposure.
• Drive account reconciliation and month‑end close activities.
• Collaborate with finance, technology and operations teams across multiple countries.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the evolution of SAP‑driven finance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Order‑to‑Cash environments.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across different regions.
