Renewal Manager

About the role

The Renewal Manager will own the end‑to‑end renewal process for our UC software and subscription portfolio. Working closely with partners and internal teams, you will protect and grow revenue by turning each renewal into a value‑adding opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full renewal cycle, from data analysis to quote delivery.
• Review renewal data and pipeline daily, prioritising accounts based on risk and opportunity.
• Engage partners early (90‑120 days before expiry) to keep deals moving without delays.
• Identify and drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Support pricing discussions and create accurate quotes.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure pipeline coverage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Vendors, and Services to close renewals.
• Proactively follow up on all renewals to prevent slips.

Required profile

• Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, telecoms or IT distribution.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, hungry attitude.
• Comfortable working with data, quotes and pipeline management.
• Desire to take ownership and grow within a fast‑moving environment.
• Background as an internal sales/account executive, sales support/renewals executive, or vendor specialist/coordinator.

• Base salary £40,000‑£42,000 per annum.
• Variable commission £10,000‑£12,000 per annum.
• Permanent, onsite role based in Newbury (relocating to Reading in 2026).
